In March, 2007 the traditional Cup of a city on cross-countries among schoolboys of Novouralsk has come to the end.
Ski country
Today the Cup is a competition in which pupils of several sports children’s sections – classical ski racers, sports orientation, biathlonists. The cup is open competition, but, unfortunately, year from a year its popularity among young sportsmen of nearby cities steadily falls. This year, for example, from neighbours there were only representatives Verh-Nejvinska. And several years ago among visitors of visitors there were and sportsmens from Kalinovo, and representatives of skiing Kirovgrad, and many other things area cities.

The city cup on cross-countries among schoolboys is spent annually, in four stages. First three stages skiers run the distances on time. The most interesting and entertainment – 4 stage in which young skiers before will reach the ending, pass threefold selection in sprint.
Results of the Cup of a city are brought on the sum of three best results shown in four stages.
